Wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle? Enjoy a stay at our 3rd Generation Family Ranch that is located 3 1/2 miles East of Highway 99. We have something for everyone! You can wake up and see cattle and horses on our working ranch. You can walk down our driveway and see the scenery of the Kansas Flinthills. You are a half mile from the Fall River Wildlife Area with its Public Hunting. We are also one mile from the Ladd Bridge where you can drop in your boat and/or Jetski and enjoy access to Fall River Lake.

Within two hours from Kansas City, Tulsa, Joplin or Wichita, and only 4 miles from Chanute Kansas, this preserved and revived cabin offers an easy getaway for city dwellers in need of a very affordable anniversary weekend, study or solitude retreat, or family hiking and fishing trip.

Bridgewater Cabin (Modern/private/in city limits!)

A modern cabin in town! Whether you are looking to relax on the 320sf deck by the house, or walk just a few steps down a wooded path to the platform overlooking Bird Creek, lots of wildlife can be seen. This is the only residence on 4.2 wooded acres, and feels like you’re miles from town. Located 3 minutes drive from downtown Pawhuska. Perfect for a couples weekend, or a quiet getaway. Queen bed in the loft and a queen Murphy bed in the main room. A wilderness retreat within the city limits!

Cabin in the Woods, 10 minutes to Bartlesville

Our guest cabin is set on 20 wooded acres in the Osage Hills at the end of a private gravel road. It feels completely isolated, but it's only 10 minutes to downtown Bartlesville, 20 minutes to Pioneer Woman's Merc, and an hour to Tulsa. There is a full kitchen, living area, and full bath on the ground floor, with a queen and twin bed on the 2nd floor. There is no TV to interfere with the quiet, although WiFi keeps you connected. We live in the main house and are always available if needed.

Little Hunting/Farmhouse

Quiet 2-bedroom farmhouse overlooking seasonal corn and wheat crop growth. A perfect getaway location for those seeking a calm nature retreat, or those needing a place to crash during hunting season, after work hours, or for a family get-together. Each bedroom has a full-sized bed and storage space. The living room contains a queen-sized futon and queen-sized pull-out sofa sleeper, comfortably sleeping 6 to 8 people. Full kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room for the same comforts as home.

Cottages on The Prairie, the Farmhouse

The Farmhouse is one of 4 cottages that are newly constructed in Pawhuska. Living room with vaulted ceiling, full kitchen with dishes, pots and pans and utensils. Coffee bar with various coffees and teas, sweeteners and creamers. There is a large dining table with plenty of room for eating or playing games. Special touches with exquisite woodwork and decorated with charm. Outside is a large pavilion with tables and plenty of seating. These cottages are one street over from the Mercantile.

Only 35-40 minutes away from Pawhuska & 15 from Woolaroc, this cottage sits on a small private lake in a gated 65 acre private estate. There are more friendly animals than people at this estate; 29 goats, 8 mini donkeys, 4 horses and more! With a queen sized bed & a small bunk room w/ twin bunks it will comfortably sleep 2 adults & 2 small people. The cottage has a small kitchen w/ a refrigerator, 2 burner stove, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, dishes, etc. A firepit and grill outside.

Casa Bella #33

Casa Bella is a luxury duplex within walking distance of eateries. Each 840 sq ft unit features high vaulted ceilings and a custom built, fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, coffee bar, and full-sized appliances. Internet/Wifi equipped with a 55" tv in bedroom and 65" tv in living/dining area. Half bath off kitchen plus a private master bath featuring double sinks and a luxurious walk-in shower. The closet has a custom closet system with full-sized washer and dryer.

Parking is very limited so please take note! Lakefront studio cabin in Padley’s Point! This cabin has a fully furnished kitchen and still has that cottage (one big room) charm. The bedroom area has a queen over queen bunk-bed that comfortably sleeps 4. Property is located 5 feet from a private launching ramp and private dock. Lakeside fun is just steps away! Summit Hill Gardens Cottage, a little bit of paradise, is a place to enjoy solitude, peace and quiet. Located rurally (3 miles south of Chanute, Ks), we are listed as one of the top ten attractions with numerous flower beds, a historic 1874 stone schoolhouse, a Retail Soap Shop located in a restored barn (handcrafted soaps are made here on site), and the Summit Hill Gardens Event Center- for hosting celebrations of life.
