The apartment is cozy and very functional. It is fully equipped and has a modern decor with new furnitures. Natural light in each room and a beautiful river view in the living room. I'ts less than 500 m to the down town. The apartment has a large living room with an open kitchen area well equipped. There are two bedrooms, one with matrimonial bed and the other with two single beds. Important to mention in the equipment are the washing machine, iron and hairdryer. shuttle service also is offered.

The house is old but reconstructed in the years 2002-2008. It has architectural value since it has been preserved without damage because reconstruction interventions are done with care. The house is undependable and has two rooms on the ground floor one of which has and wood-fired chimney and a small bathroom.The distance from the towns of Shkodra and Lezha is about 23 km. In the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom that offers all the services.

We have bought this unique place out of our love for Albania’s country- and seaside and our wish to provide opportunities for talented young Albanian people.
