Leutasch is paradise for mountain biking (2 bikes available in the house) and nordic skiing as well as hiking and relaxing. The apartment of 54 m2 is located in an idyllic place, barrier-free and fully equipped to modern standards. Additionally: During the winter months, you can use the Nordic skiing tracks free of charge as long as you have the guest passes with you. During the summer months, every registered traveller can use the Alpenbad for 4 hours every day. That's an awesome deal!

The chalet extends over two floors, with the actual living area on the upper floor. Entry to the house is directly from the carport, which offers space for two vehicles. In addition to two spacious bedrooms with double beds, large wardrobes and flat-screen TVs, the ground floor also has a separate toilet and the beautiful wellness area. It includes a private sauna as well as a washbasin and shower. After sweating, you can relax in the chill-out area with loungers.

Holiday apartment with private entrance door, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. The cross-country slope is only a couple of meters away. The apartment is situated on the ground floor of our house, in which we live upstairs ourselves. Your car may have a little rest during your stay, since public transport is included. Ideal for: couples, sporty people, families with 1 child. Visitor's tax of €5/ Person/ night is not included and will be charged upon arrival.
