Nestled in between Rochester & Corning is the Nest. A quaint escape from everyday hustle & bustle. The Nest is centrally located within the crossroads of the Finger Lakes & the Southern Tier in Wayland NY (Exit 3). Surrounded by Rolling hills & agricultural fields. NOTE-Next to FOrX Summer Stage. Concerts take place Saturdays (ONLY)June-Oct. Be advised on concert nights the units deck overlooks the action & can be loud. Not suitable for children 3 & under. It comes equipped with a dock for boat access. Boat rentals are nearby at local marinas. Enjoy a full-view sun porch with the sounds of the lake in your mornings while enjoying your coffee. There is a separate patio area with beautiful stamped concrete and a cozy sheltered area with an outdoor ceiling fan and sun shade also.

Farmhouse at Brookdale Farms- a private, refuge

This refurbished 2-story farmhouse sits at the base of a hill on the outskirts of the small village of Canaseraga. Our 200+ acre farm is quiet and secluded, with beautiful views of the stars at night and many walking trails. Please enjoy nature and the quiet, serene lush settings. The house is sanitized & provides a nice getaway & a work from home environment. Additional guests (over 2) are charged $35 per guest per night. No parties allowed. The house has sulfur water which smells.

A peaceful clean home for you to enjoy!! We have a very nice size yard for camp fires and just relax in without any neighbors.Welcome to a peaceful country home in the middle of several very large ponds. Relax on the covered screened porch or the back deck for peaceful meals or just some bird watching. Not super far off the road but you feel like it. Road is pretty quiet and lots of wild life. Ponds and woods not our property so please stay in yard/ grass only
