Avec son grand jardin et une chambre à l'étage, ce chalet est le lieu parfait pour se ressourcer au cœur de la nature. Les activités sont multiples en été : vtt, trail, randonnées, paddle, baignades au lac ou en rivière, grimpe et en hiver : ski, ski de randonnée, raquettes, patinoire.

Faites une pause et détendez-vous dans ce studio avec sauna privatif. Proche des pistes de ski et de départ pour de belles randonnées. Situé aux Paccots, proche de la sortie d'autoroute Châtel-St-Denis. Located in a serene environment, just steps away from the forest, this standalone and cozy unit situated in a large chalet will enchant you with its simplicity and comfort. Accessible only by car, it is strategically placed in La Frasse and it is surrounded by mountain biking trails and hiking paths. Just a 5-minute drive away, you'll find a wide range of shops and restaurants in the center of Les Paccots and in Châtel-Saint-Denis (for the more adventurous, a 30-minute walk!)

Duplex on the Lake

Our 'Duplex' in the old town of Vevey can accommodate up to 5 adults plus 2 small children. On the 1st floor there is a suite with a large bathroom and on the 2nd floor there are two separate rooms with shared shower/WC and a kitchen with dining room. The kitchen has direct access to a very large common terrace with bar and grill. Lake view from all rooms. Swimming in the lake directly in front of the house. Car free zone, public transport nearby, cycling recommended.

Dans le magnifique village de St-Saphorin au coeur de Lavaux patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO. Deux plages se trouvent à 5 minutes à pied et toutes les beautés de l'arc lémanique sont à portée de main.
