Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Outside is a gorgeous terrace and garden, with comfy outdoor furniture, awnings to protect from the rain and sun, a gas grill, and a shared utility room. Central location, but in a quite street and beautiful neighbourhood. 10 minute to Hobart CBD, 7 minutes to North Hobart, 15 minutes to Mona and 25 minutes to Airport. You will have a whole self contained unit with 3 bedrooms, huge living, sitting areas and a large kitchen. The place has 1.5 bathroom. This rental unit is located upstairs.
