Vanhassa kivitalossa sijaitseva asunto on jykevien seinien ansiosta hiljainen, ja sijaitsee länsipuolella taloa. Maksuton pysäköinti joko kadun varressa tai satamassa sijaitsevalla pysäköintialueella, jossa myös sähköautojen latauspiste.

Tunnelmallinen piharakennus jokimaisemissa

Omalla pihalla ja terassilla varustettu piharakennus sijaitsee maaseutumaisella alueella Kymijoen varressa, Siikakosken kauniissa maisemissa. Tästä viihtyisästä kohteesta on vain 5 minuutin ajomatka palveluiden äärelle. Massiiviset kelohirret ja puupinnat tuovat tunnelmaa yläkerran makuu- ja oleskelutilaan. Alakerrassa on pieni, mutta hyvin varusteltu keittiö sekä pieni kylpyhuone/wc. Autopaikka on oven edessä. Kesäaikana vierailla on pääsy majoittajan rannalle, josta on uintimahdollisuus.

Torille ja kauppakeskus Pasaatiin on matkaa noin 400m. Tähän pikkuruiseen Citypesään saavut kätevästi autolla ja junalla ja oman sisäänkäynnin ja koodilukon ansiosta voit kirjautua sisään joustavasti oman aikataulusi mukaan. Huomaathan kuitenkin, että arkisin sisäänkirjautuminen on normaalisti alkaen klo 17.
