Apartment "Le Fénil" in the chalet de Vigny

Apartment at garden level in a completely renovated ancient farm on the south hillside of Samoëns. Nice triplex style 1500 ft2 apartment with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 WC, private parking, shared garden with terrace and barvecue, all comfy. Shared access to the Espace Bon-être : massage parlour, sauna, outside jacuzzi from 10h to 22h. Magnificent view on the surrounding mountains and Samoëns downhill. The chalet is about 4km from the lifts which lead to Samoëns 1600, beginning of the slopes.

La maison est équipée d'une cuisine, d'un salon, de 2 chambres, d'une salle de bain, d'un WC indépendant. Il y a un lave linge et un sèche linge. A disposition un lit parapluie, ainsi qu'une chaise haute. Logement pour 4 personnes, possibilité de rajouter un lit d'appoint. Vu sur le Mont-Blanc, la Pointe de Sale et sur les pistes de ski de Samoëns. Logement non fumeur.

Authentic fully renovated alpine chalet nestled in the heart of an unspoilt valley close to the resorts of Les Gets and Praz de Lys. You will appreciate the cozy side of the chalet, the surrounding nature and the possibility of taking full advantage of the outdoor activities around the chalet. With its large living spaces and its 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, the chalet is designed to accommodate a large group in comfort. You will also have access to the private Nordic bath.

This duplex apartment of 200 m², completely renovated in 2017 by an architect, located in an old farmhouse can accommodate up to 14 people with 5 bedrooms with en-suite. It has a covered terrace, facing south offering a panoramic view on the valley, a private parking for 5 vehicles and a ski-room with a boot warmer. It is 4 minutes from the center of Samoëns and a 5-minute drive away from the nearest ski lift. During school holidays renting only from Saturday to Saturday.

Set above Samoëns with sweeping views across the valley and surrounding mountains, Chalet Nyika is a spacious four-bedroom family chalet for up to eight guests. With an open fireplace, generous living spaces, a large garden and three bathrooms, it works particularly well for families or two households sharing a mountain holiday. The chalet is in the peaceful hamlet of Vigny, around 10 minutes by car from Samoëns village and the Grand Massif Express.

Couchages : 1 chambre avec lit 2 places (la chambre ne dispose pas de fenêtre). Cuisine entièrement équipée. Nombreux rangements.

Departure from the slopes of Megève (Princesse) or Combloux (La Cry) only 5 minutes by car. Free shuttle at 150 meters walking distance. Its Wellness area, with Sauna, Jacuzzi, gym and Home Cinema, will make the happiness of athletes and less sporty people.

A 10-minute drive takes you to the gondola Grand Massif Express (GME), where you can access the Grand Massif ski area. The centre of the village is a 5-minute drive away. There are also a large garden and wooden terrace which are south-facing and offer stunning views of the valley.

Located in the Grand Massif ski region it boasts spectacular views of the mountains within the Giffre Valley. 5 minutes drive from Morillon telecabin and 1 hour from Geneva airport it is perfectly situated to make a fantastic skiing/summer holiday. The quaint and historic village of Samoens is also just a short 7 minute drive.
