L'appartamento si trova sulla terrazza di un palazzo storico al centro di Roma, nel palazzo c'è un ascensore, la vista è stupenda e potrete godere di meravigliosi tramonti; 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Termini, dalle linee della metro A e B e dal terminal dei bus collegati con gli aeroporti. Luminosissimo e tranquillo la spaziosa zona living con la cucina che ha tutto il necessario per cucinare, ospita il divano letto alla francese per due persone. Il bagno è confortevole e fornito di tutto.

A period fireplace, terra cotta tiles create a traditional feel. Private terrace fully furnished. Two double bed rooms. Ten minutes walk from St Peter's square and Vatican Museums. Overlooking Rome and St Peter's. 2 minutes walk to public transportation, bus & metro will take you easily to all the main historical sites.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

It consists of a double bedroom, with bathroom inside the room, a living room with a view of the dome, an entrance with a large closet, a kitchen and a panoramic terrace with beautiful outdoor areas equipped for eating outside with a breathtaking view. Secure parking upon request inside of the private property which is secured by an automated gate for 10eur per day.

L'appartamento si trova in una zona ideale per visitare Roma, perché molto centrale ma comunque in una strada tranquilla. Si può raggiungere comodamente il Colosseo, i Fori Imperiali e i maggiori luoghi di interesse turistico, così come la stazione Termini è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti e a 100 mt dal Museo delle Illusioni, Il quartiere Monti, rione storico, si trova a poche centinaia di metri da casa. Supermercati, bar e ristoranti sono raggiungibili in un paio di minuti a piedi.

l'appartamento è accogliente e con ogni comodità, si trova nel cuore del Celio in un quartiere tranquillo, in pieno centro storico, vicino a tutto. Ci troviamo a 100mt dal Colosseo e a 10 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metropolitana Colosseo - il centro storico della città e facilmente raggiungibile a piedi potendo visitare Piazza di Spagna, Fori Imperiali, Circo Massimo, Fontana di Trevi etc a pochi metri troverete un supermercato aperto 24ore -farmacia - bar e molti ristoranti.

La Cava (Palazzo Pallotti)

L'appartamento é due piani sotto la piazza, interamente scavato nel tufo. Con vista sulla valle, é isolato dai rumori della strada, tranquillo, privato e molto accogliente. Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. É perfetto per brevi soggiorni di completo relax, ma con la cucina totalmente attrezzata si sfrutta al massimo.

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
