In the pretty hamlet of Freefolk you will find a charming secluded Shepherds hut set in 12 acres, and includes a hot tub & pizza oven, WiFi, gas hob, king size bed, sofa, dining table, toilet, shower, fridge freezer, stove, solar electricity and fire pit - it has everything you need. It overlooks our horses, sheep & chickens. A short walk will take you to the award winning Watership Down Inn & Bombay Sapphire distillery. The surrounding area boasts beautiful walks. Whether you're soaking in the Lotus Spa or sitting back on the verandah, take in the beautiful vista of the Hampshire countryside and Hattingley Valley.

Peaceful private annexe with far-reaching views

The first floor annexe is accessed via a covered external staircase. Home from home, cosy but spacious one bed (2 guests) accommodation with living space and kitchen. The balcony is perfect for morning coffee/evening drinks (weather allowing) with far reaching views over the Hampshire countryside. The annexe is adjacent to our home but is entirely private for guests' exclusive use. We will welcome you, and can answer any questions but we will also respect your privacy.

Little Box

Cosy little Annex with one bedroom and one bathroom. Perfect size for two (or 2+baby). Double bed with luxury bed linen, comfy sofa, TV and tea & coffee making facilities in the main room. We have a very small fridge for milk or a baby bottle. Black out blind available. En suite with shower, sink and toilet. The terrace is a little sun trap during the summer with seating. Little Box is separate to our home, so you can come and go as you please. Free parking available.

Two local pubs and village shop plus historic 12th century church within a 10 minute walk along flat footpaths. One guest described St Mary Bourne as a "Miss Marple village". Anyway it's perfect for a get-away-from-it-all weekend or midweek break.
