Restaurants, Bars, cafes, the whole local market are just on your doorstep. Within walking distance you may enjoy the relaxing seaview and your dinner by the sea! Πλήρως ανακαινισμένο πέτρινο σπίτι του 1900 σε μια γραφική γειτονιά στο Λαύριο, με σεβασμό στα δομικά αρχιτεκτονικά χαρακτηριστικά του (πέτρα, ξύλινη οροφή, πατώματα, εσωτερική αυλή). Απόσταση 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το λιμάνι του Λαυρίου αλλά και την κεντρική πλατεία της πόλης. Το σπίτι είναι ένας μονόχωρος με μικρή ήσυχη αυλή, μεγάλο ύψος στο εσωτερικό, κουζίνα, μπάνιο, ηλεκτρική εγκατάσταση όλα καινούρια και φροντισμένα για ανθρώπους που αγαπούν την ανανέωση της παραδοσιακής αισθητικής.

Our beautiful Villa is located in a hidden heaven mounted rock, which is covered by the sea as far as the human eye can see. The rough, authentic beauty of nature is beautifully linked to the superior design and luxury of the building. Our villa will be a pleasant surprise with its minimal design, in absolute respect to the simple lines of nature, with a view to the sun emerging from the mountains of Evia. A small staircase leads to a private rock beach with calming crystal clear waters.

Cape Villa at Sounio

Cape Villa is a stunning, sunlit contemporary house right by the sea. It is perfectly placed to enjoy a relaxed vacation just by the sea, or to combine it with sightseeing around Athens. The house is located on the edge of the cape, just only 20 meters from the sea. It is about 35 minutes drive from Athens airport and about 50 minutes away from Athens city center. The center of Lavrion is only a 5 minute drive and there you can find many tavernas, coffee shops, super markets and bars.

Spacious and bright flat only 5 minutes walking distance from the city centre, where all the restaurants, cafes and shops are and 10 minutes from the port. Easy transportation links to Athens and Sounio (where most beaches and the famous Temple of Poseidon are). The flat is located on a small hill offering a magnificent view of Lavrio city and the port. The large balcony is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view.

This beautiful little house is located in the center of Lavrion, very close to the port (10 minutes walk from the house). Within a 5-minute walk there are many traditional restaurants, bakeries, cafes, supermarkets and bars. The Eleftherios Venizelos Airport is a 25-minute drive .The magnificent Temple of Poseidon is an 8-minute drive or a 15-minute by bus.This home offers privacy and cosiness to its guests.
