Cada piso cuenta con termo eléctrico de agua caliente, cada termo es capaz de generar 120 litros de agua caliente, luego volverá a cargar la misma cantidad de agua en 45-60 min, es importante destacar que si se lavan las losas, ropa, y se bañan todos los integrantes de la reserva al mismo tiempo el termo puede agotarse y habrá que esperar el tiempo indicado para que vuelva a cargar de nuevo.
