Lugaris Beach Apartments combine contemporary design with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for couples and solo travelers who want to enjoy a comfortable and peaceful stay by the sea. Our reception team is located in the building and is always available to assist you during your stay. Reception hours: • Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM • Weekends and public holidays: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM The building also features a shared outdoor swimming pool (4 x 5.75 m and 3 x 2 m), perfect for cooling off, enjoying the sun, and relaxing during your stay. Municipal tourist tax: The current rate is €10.45 per person, per night. It is not included in the reservation price and must be paid through online check-in. House Rules To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and neighbors, we kindly ask you to keep the following rules in mind: • Check-in: from 3:00 PM • Check-out: by 11:00 AM • If online check-in has not been completed, late arrivals are subject to the following fees:  • 7:00 PM – 12:00 AM — €30  • 12:00 AM – 10:00 AM — €50 • Guests must present a valid ID at their arrival. • To book, at least one guest must be 25 years or older. • Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. • Quiet hours: from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. • Parties or events are not allowed. • The apartment may only be occupied by the number of guests indicated in the reservation. • Pets are not allowed. • Before check-out, please place trash in the designated bins and load used dishes and glasses into the dishwasher.

The elevator reaches the third floor and a flight of stairs (24 steps) takes you to the apartment at the top floor. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One with double bed, second one can be double bed or two single beds. Large living room area and terrace. Additional refrigerator and freezer space is at guests disposal in the storage room. It is not recommendable for young people looking for party. No Music after 10:30pm.
