Nice and large 2bdrm/2bath house for up to 7 people, just 8-10 minutes drive from the beach, malecon and main tourist attractions, fully equipped, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 single bed and 1 futon, living room with large tv and lots of streaming options, A/C, wifi, charcoal bbq grill, boiler, gated back and front yard and more! Casa de Carolina is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom oceanfront home in Las Conchas with a spectacular view of the Sea of Cortez. House for 4 adults and two children. Both bedrooms have ocean views, the master bedroom on the east side has a king bed and full bathroom with handicap grab bars. The second bedroom at Westside has two twin beds and a full bath. There is a 2-night minimum stay during the week and a 3-night minimum stay during the weekends in March, April, May, June, October, and all holidays.

Private Beach House in Las Conchas

Our treasured family on-the-beach house was designed by my grandfather and built 65 years ago. It has since then been remodeled and upgraded frequently. Highlights include two large beautiful domed ceilings giving the primary rooms unique acoustics and amazing above-head space, an expansive stargazing deck, a luxurious master room, and beautiful themed tiling throughout. Update 06/ 2022: We take guest feedback seriously! We recently have added new blinds, a new gas grill, and satellite TV.

Centrally located on Playa Mirador, this 3 bedroom 3 bath home is within a short walking distance of Manny's Beach Club, Pitaya Bar and Pink Cadillac. Spend the day on the beach, then unwind and watch the sunset from the large patio with lounge chairs, firepit and BBQ grill. The home is perfect for entertaining with a shuffleboard and foosball tables, two 50" smart TV's and a fully stocked kitchen.
