This attractive Grade II cottage is in a quiet alleyway in the centre of Ashburton, a stannary town in the Dartmoor National Park; the perfect location for a visit to the Devon countryside. The living/dining room is spacious and the well-equipped kitchen has a large cooker and a breakfast area. Ashburton offers antique shops galore, plus lots of food choices with a fantastic deli , an award-winning fish deli and an artisan bakery in the town centre, and there are many traditional pubs close by.

Welcome to Primrose Studio, a self-contained apartment on a quiet, private drive - just 2 mins walk to the centre of Totnes. Satnav won’t find us - our check in directions will ! Beautifully converted in 2021 - with slate/wooden floors with underfloor heating, wood-burning stove, bathroom with roll-top bath and walk-in shower, and a separate fully-equipped galley-kitchen. The studio has its own front door, with its own parking space right outside. Ideal for couples, we welcome family pets too.

Shuttaford - Modern Rustic Barn in Dartmoor Valley

Shuttaford Barn is a recently converted barn on a 16thC Dartmoor farmstead on the edge of the moors next to Holne and Ashburton. It is the perfect spot to explore the wilds of Dartmoor National Park, walk along the beautiful River Dart or head to the many South Devon beaches for the day. Or just relax in the peaceful surroundings of the barn and its garden. In summer months we generally do Friday to Friday bookings. Please message us if you would like to book alternative days.

Cosy 17th century Grade II listed cottage ,Totnes

Having undertaken a major modernisation the cottage retains many historical features . Sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms there is a large kitchen diner , sitting room with log burner , bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs cloakroom . The enclosed small garden to the rear offers lovely views and the opportunity to star gaze at night . We allow flexible check in and check out times if there are no bookings either side. One dog is welcome for a booking fee of £60.

Deluxe One bedroom Barn Conversion

This spacious one bedroom barn overlooks the courtyard and features a four-poster bed private bathroom with separate shower and soaking tub for 2. A fully equipped kitchen plus washer/ drier. The property sleeps 2 persons as standard and our pricing is based on 2 guests. There is a sofa bed available in the property which can sleep 2 additional guests, ideal for kids or friendly adults. Extra charges apply to the uses of the sofa beds - see house rules.

Totnes is a charming vibrant town filled with independent shops and restaurants, located in the heart of South Devon. A stones throw away from the River Dart located on a peaceful road, the cottage is an excellent base to explore the town, local coasts and the countryside, with lovely walks right on your door step.

The Garden Flat is located in a listed building within easy walking distance of Ashburton Cookery School and the lovely shops and cafes in our tiny town. Dartmoor National Park is on our doorstep and the stunning South Devon coastline is just a short drive away. One dedicated parking space. One well behaved dog is welcome, there is a fee of £30 per stay to bring one dog.
