One bedroom with a king bed and full bath and the other with a twin over full size bottom bunk bed. Fully stocked with all the necessities & more! This property shares 17 acres with a main house located approximately 250ft from the home. We are on a farm with guard dogs, therefore, no pets no service animals.

The Lucy Lus hobbit house is a one-of-a-kind experience underground. It has a spacious 400 sq feet with a queen bedroom, entryway room, living room with a queen sofa bed, and a full bathroom. It has AC/ Heat, a flushing toilet, and a shower. The Hobbit House sits on 27 acres with the 8 other treehouses we have built. The studio is attached to the house but has its own dedicated entrance, porch, wifi, full kitchen (fully stocked), minor appliances, full bath with tub and double bed. Its a lovely half mile walk to the heart of downtown for shopping, food, drinks and all sorts of other things to see and do!

The Lodge at 7 Oaks

The Lodge at 7 Oaks is a private studio that is a part of our detached garage. The room offers a full kitchen, a queen size bed, a fenced in yard with an outdoor seating area with firepit. The private 6 acre property is secluded in an established neighborhood just 5 miles west of downtown Salisbury. Plenty of parking space for vehicle with trailers and RVs.
