The house is in a quiet private neighborhood on 1 acre of cove front property. There is an abundance of wildlife. Stairs lead down to the cove where you can walk the shore at low tide, birdwatch or hear fog horns. At high tide you can take our kayaks out. It's walking distance to Lamoine Beach Park and 35 min to Acadia. The classic but comfortable living space is all on the second level. Wifi & TV with cable, and air conditioning are all available. The basement/garage level has a washer/dryer.

Bed & futon are both standard-size, combo shower/tub. 4/10 mile to downtown Ellsworth w/shopping, dining, & pubs. Or you can relax & cook at home! Check in 4 p.m. or later. Peace and quiet is what you’ll find, along with a gorgeous view. It’s a great place for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, grilling, fishing, and laying on the hammock. Conveniently located less than 5 miles from Lamoine Beach and Lamoine State Park; 20 miles (30 minutes) from Acadia's Hulls Cove Visitor Center; 30 miles (45 minutes) from Acadia's Schoodic section; 10 miles (15 minutes) from the town of Ellsworth with Walmart, grocery stores, etc. For the more adventurous, it's an easy day trip to the Bold Coast Trail in Cutler and numerous other treasures along the coast.

Meadow Point Cottage

Meadow Point cottage is located on a very quiet five acre property with panoramic views of Frenchman's Bay and Mount Desert Island. It takes about thirty minutes to drive over to MDI and Acadia National Park. The property has a private beach for kayaking and woods with a picnic area and fire pit. It is a wonderful spot for walking and viewing wildlife; ducks, eagles, shore birds, seals and deer.
