Grand terrain avec 2 terrasses, salon de jardin, grand parking et barbecue en Corten. Cuisine totalement équipée. Pour un moment de déconnexion et de détente au calme et aux chants des oiseaux. Die Renovierung wurde unter ökologischen Gesichtspunkten durchgeführt und der weitläufige Garten wird von uns ökologisch bewirtschaftet. Wanderwege beginnen gleich vor der Haustür und führen in das weitläufige Waldgebiet des Naturparks Südeifel. Abends können sie sich am Ofen gemütlich machen. Wer Abgeschiedenheit und Individualität abseits des Tourismus sucht ist hier genau richtig.

Im Dezember bis Ende Februar liegt das Hausboot, wie auf dem ersten beiden Bildern zu sehen ist im Hafenbecken. Einzigartige Unterkunft an der Mosel. Das Hausboot liegt am Außenkai, mit einem direkten Blick aufs Wasser. Von der Sonne verwöhnt den ganzen Tag. Es verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Badezimmer mit Dusche, Wohnküche und Terrasse. Auf dem Dach befindet sich eine weitere Sonnenterrasse.
