We are nestled in one of Atlanta's best intown neighborhoods. Our space is designed with luxury hospitality in mind: great Wifi, a full kitchen stocked with local coffee from Portrait, a Saatva king bed with high quality linens, and a pool. At the end of our quiet street is the Beltline, an 8 mile walking and biking trail connecting a number of ATL hot spots. Less than 15 minutes gets you to downtown attractions and the airport is just 15-20 minutes south of us. You're never far from fun here!

Nestled in a private fenced in backyard of the main house that we reside in, it’s a great place to relax after all the hustle bustle. Perfect for vacationers, layovers, or business travel.

Located in the historic Grant Park neighborhood, the Grant Perch is surrounded by lovely places to visit, eat, and explore. PLEASE READ: This space has ONE king-sized bed - it is not a true 2-bed unit, despite the way Airbnb lists it. There is a sofa bed available, but we recommend it for children, not adults.
