This modern flat is located in the new Carlotta apartment building in the centre of Charlottenburg. Designed by the Berlin architects Grüntuch-Ernst, the apartment building was newly opened in 2023 and offers 8 flats of different sizes ranging from 32 to 246 square metres. All flats are flooded with light thanks to the high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows.

Zwei Terrassen (eine Richtung Ost-Nord-Ost und eine Richtung Westen-Süd-West) bieten den ganzen Tag wahlweise Sonne oder Schatten.
