Fobes Hill Cottage - Snohomish

Welcome! The cottage is on 5 acres in farm country and is only 1.7 miles from the historic town of Snohomish. Built in 1916 and fully renovated in 2017, the cottage is full of character but has all the comforts of a modern getaway. Fobes Cottage is located in a serene, pastoral community where many are third generation homeowners. Frequently your view out windows includes deer grazing under the ancient apple trees. Guests are welcome to pick raspberries or blueberries from the garden in season.

We no longer do long-term stays. This cozy home offers a charming front porch, beautiful views, and comfortable living spaces. The Bennett House has two bedrooms each with a queen beds and one large bathroom with tub and shower. Spacious dining and living rooms for the perfect vacation from everyday life.

Its eclectic design, stunning water views, and beachfront location make it an ideal home base for your vacation. Enjoy the wide sandbar, 2 small kids kayaks and 2 adult kayaks for paddling, a swimming raft, low-populated beach, and hiking trails across the road. The newly-renovated kitchen has a 180 degree water view. The large fireplace makes for a comfortable and cozy retreat.

Pilchuck Family Farm guesthouse

Located in a valley along the Pilchuck River 3.5 miles from downtown Snohomish, our 22 acre farm has been in our family for 4 generations. A refurbished 100 year old farmhouse sleeps 8 comfortably. Play in the river, ride your bike along the Centennial Trail to downtown Snohomish, host your family , enjoy the tranquility of the country. Camping and campfires are available. . This is a family property, and you will see us working in the garden and fields. We are unable to host family pets.

Lake Stevens North Cove Beach House

Amazing view of Lake Stevens from this upper-floor guest house. Enjoy almost 700 sq ft of living space and 168 sq ft of deck overlooking the lake. Slide open the two 3 ft wide barn doors to access the private sleeping area with a queen bed and there is a Stanton sofa bed in the living area. Fully stocked kitchen, full bath, and a huge live edge bar for beautiful sunset dining. Enjoy relaxing days on the water in North Cove, which, after 1:00 pm, is the only "no wake zone" on the lake.

Views from all 5 floors of this rustic hand built treasure, get away in our secluded ocean view, lake waterfront home. Perched just above Picnic Point Lake, descend stairs to the lake waterfront clearing to relax. Our house is unique; the front door has a tree archway, rounded hobbit doors on the side room and front garage. Hand made treasure with 3 decks/balconies or take a stroll to Picnic Point Park for Ocean access. We get a lot of trains! Regularly through day, 2-4 at night.
