The Pelly is under 15 minutes to: -SeaTac Airport -Tukwila Mall -Renton Landing -Lake Washington -Delicious local restaurants Renton is a suburb of Seattle. It takes 25-30 minutes to get downtown most times of day. Taking the Metro bus into Seattle is also effective and takes about 45 minutes.

The unit is a lower level suite with a separate entrance and easy access to a large lower yard and tennis court. We have electric heating system and fireplace for the cool weather and also a fan and a portable AC for the warm weather. The suite is on the ground floor of a split level and doesn't require any stair climbing.
