Plenty of parking for trucks, trailers, ORVs, boats, etc! Note: There's another rental on the property close to this one. But each has private yards, parking, and driveway. Welcome to our cozy cottage just across the street from Houghton Lake! Enjoy the nicest street on the lake, with lake views from the living room, dining room/kitchen, & the additional family room. Enjoy a glass of wine watching sunset from the large front deck and Amish seating. Lake access is a block away. Small boats may launch there. ORV trailhead is very close (we ride to the trailhead from the cottage), plus snowmobile trails, and state land. Public boat launch under 3 miles away.

My place is close to Lake St Helen, ATV Trails, The Dream, Nightmare Golf Courses. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space, it is a wonderful spot to enjoy a weekend away.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (dogs). Additional $50.. This will be charged during your booking. The cleaning fee is for supplies/house cleaner. Weather permitting, you can have a camp fire in the back yard. Very close to ORV trails and events . Lake Saint Helen has a beach, fishing pier and beautiful sun sets .
