It is also strategically located with easy access to the Willamette Valley (1hr), or to the Gorge for hiking (1hr). It is halfway between the Oregon coast and Mount Hood (about 1.5hr each way). In other words, it is perfectly located to explore Portland and Northern Oregon!

I hear birds most of the day and we have a very private large backyard with large covered porch where you can enjoy the sunny (and the rainy) days.
