Unit 201B is the newest townhome in the Talanguera development and has the best ocean views of all the suites. The balconies off the master bedroom and living area offer unmatched views of the pool, garden area and San Juan del Sur bay. The newest development, finished 2 years ago, has a pizza shop, dentist office, and a few other offices just below, and all the essentials close by. It's a 2 minute drive to town, or 12 minute walk across the beach. We always have many remote workers staying, so we have 30mbps fibre optic wifi and a space to work at. Ask for more details if you need higher bandwidth or anything else specific.
