Welcome to "Cabin on Swede Hill". Our family has farmed this land since 1871. My great grandparents, Swan and Johanna Johnson immigrated to America in the 1860's, found this land which was similar to Sweden. They raised their family here. Approximately 65 Swedish families settled in this community, became to be know as the "Swede Hills". We just received the Hoosier Homestead Award from Indiana celebrating the Sesquicentennial Award. Bright and airy newly-renovated 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath cottage with partial lake view. The vaulted ceiling in the family room allows for lots of natural lighting. Main bedroom with 1/2 bath and queen-sized bed. 2nd bedroom in upstairs loft with 4 twin-sized beds. Dedicated workstation to work; and large outdoor deck to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Restaurants and shops nearby. Academy is a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive. Internet included; 50amp fast-charging EV charger for small fee.

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located, recently-renovated property. This unit offers beautiful views of Lake Max from the living room, primary bedroom, & entire 3rd floor. Private lake access is just steps away from the front patio and it's just a short walk to town, the park, public beach, & Culver Academies. We love hosting (& kids) and our condo is well-stocked with most everything you need to start making your Lake Max memories with friends and family.

The Channel House @ Hoffman Lake

2 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage that is located on Hoffman Lake Channel. The Channel House is great for fishing right out of the back door. Conveniently located a drive from Warsaw, IN and several smaller towns. Bring nothing to this fully furnished cottage except your clothes and plan for fun. On site drive way parking, laundry, garage with pool table, darts, & air hockey. Several activities inside and out. Fire pit, outdoor seating and lounge chairs. We live nearby & can assist your stay!

Clean, Comfortable, Updated Home just steps off of Main Street and a short walk to Cafe Max. A great home for Academy parents to stay while visiting their children. Also, a great residence to stay in if your child's team is playing a Culver team. Dogs are welcome, please no cats. $50 additional pet cleaning fee. Need the house for consecutive weekends?
