We are 12 min. from downtown Sumter and 20 min from Shaw AFB. Local points of interest are Swan Lake Iris Gardens and Poinsett State Park. It is only 2 hours to Myrtle Beach and Charleston, SC & 3 hrs to the mtns. While it is conveniently located, this cottage offers a quiet place to put your feet up and rest.

A cozy lakefront cottage made by family, for family. This was our parents home away from home, their favorite getaway. Now that they're gone, we want to share what they enjoyed. Traditionally constructed lake cabin with all the comforts of home. Large partially covered deck, large pier for fishing, plenty of room to bring your boat, canoes, or kayaks. Extremely close proximity to large landings where national fishing tournaments are held on Lake Marion. Prime hunting, near great hunting clubs.

Our updated kitchen and two full bathrooms are stocked with all the essentials. Two single beds share the same space as living room. Great retreat after a long day of fishing, or hanging out with family and friends. Be back fast to unwind by the firepit.
