It has a shared dock w/ 4 kayaks and 2 paddle boards.

It features a queen bed in upstairs sleeping loft as well as a couch that pulls out into a double size sleeper, covered kitchen & private hot shower located OUTSIDE. There's an easy-to-use Incenelet toilet. Someone will meet you to go over check-in when you arrive. We allow you to bring 2 dogs - $50 each.

Water depth is 3.5 ft of the end of the dock- great for kids, but no diving! The community boasts a beautiful 9 hole golf course with cafe, and tennis and pickleball courts. 3 bedrooms (1 downstairs) and a pull out couch can sleep up to 9 guests. Two bathrooms with two full showers.
