Newly built home, quiet neighborhood, long driveway, boat and car friendly, probably fit about six vehicles in driveway with pool. Parking in rocks by the street. Gas station/food mart within walking distance. Great for convenience and last minute needs .Close to London Bridge, about 8 minutes. New Riviera Launch ramp about 4 minutes away. Basha's Grocery store is just 3 minutes away. Last but not least the amazing Lake Havasu Human Bean is close by. Also the golf course and hiking trails.

RV parking along side of home and open concept living area! Home has a game room with pool table and bar, as well as a barbecue out back to grill by the pool (heatable upon request).
