We get our unique name because we are located near the Jimmerson Lake Dam. Nestled in Nevada Mills. THIS IS NOT A LAKESIDE PROPERTY. We do NOT have a private boat slip. However, the public ramp is only one mile away! If you bring your own boat, the private parking area will accommodate it. The Airbnb is attached to our business Anchors Aweigh Pontoon Rentals which is located on the property. We areYour space will be private and comfortable. Welcome to the little stone cottage on beautiful Sylvan Lake. We are located in Rome City, IN. This adorable house, originally built in 1930, was remodeled and completely renovated in 2018. The updated kitchen features tiled backsplash, gas range, oven, and fridge. There is a microwave and Keurig for your convenience. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a small wardrobe for hanging clothes, and a dresser. The bathroom features a tiled shower.

The main residence is approximately 400 feet from the cabin. The cabin is secluded and yet close to local attractions, restaurants, biking and nature trails. The Cabin has a total of 420 sq ft living space with 280 sq ft on the ground floor and a 140 sq ft bedroom loft.
