Lakefront Guest Suite with Spa and Dock

Casa de Cozumel (House of Swallows) is a beautiful Lakefront Home on Clear Lake just one hour north of the Napa Valley and 3 hours north of San Francisco. This listing is for the lower floor guest suite with seperate entrance, bath, kitchenette and bedroom and fireplace sleeps 5 ($150 -$225 per night). There is private patio, bbq , firepit, dining area that our guests have exclusive use of. We also give our guests exclusive use of the sundeck, dock, spa and lower patio. The kitchenette inside is small and is suitable for light use. We have added a small Apt size stove/oven (with pots and pans) and refrigerator to a covered outdoor kitchen. There is also the following: compact under counter refer/freezer, sink, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, InstaPot and juicer. Most people use the bbq to grill and make salads etc. We have two small kayaks and one SUP (stand up paddle) available for our guests and you are welcome to bring your own kayak, canoes and PWC. We do not rake any responsibility for injuries due to use of these items as they are used at your own risk. Required rules for using the spa,. kayak and sup are posted in the unit. If you plan on bringing a motorboat please inquire prior to arrival if space is available. This property is perfect for couples, small family groups, friends and traveling professionals. You must be at least 21 to book this property or be a guest UNLESS you are traveling with a parent or guardian. In order to keep this listing available for travelers and holiday seekers we also do not allow residents of Lake County to book without prior permission of the host. The house rules are posted inside the space. We do ask that you be respectful and obey the quiet times of 10pm to 7am and follow the checkout procedures. As of the summer of 2025 we have plenty of water in front of our dock and no significant Algae blooms. During the summer months the water quality for swimming because of Algae blooms though can vary day to day. We will do our best to advise the lake quality but there are still plenty of activities, kayaking, fishing and soaking in the spa. We can offer suggestions of other closeby lakes with beach access that are available for day use. We recommend Pine Acres Resort with a Day Pass Mon - Thur for $15 or Blue Lakes Lodge everyday $50. Reservations are required for both. You can also access the lake free from Hwy 20. We are required to collect TOT taxes , city of Clearlake and County of Lake for a total of 11.5% for stays less than 30 days. If you’re interested in looking for multiple nights (4+) message me and I’ll make you an offer (Kitchen area) has low ceiling. Approximately 6’3” A reminder, please: kitchens are provided for convenience. Follow kitchen cleaning rules 150 sf deck with spectacular views of the lake. Lots of hummingbirds, wild turkeys, deer, squirrels etc. IMPORTANT: local bookings, please message reason for your stay. Have had issues with parties, etc.. I reserve right to cancel questionable local bookings.

Dany’s House w/dock/kayak/paddleboat water access

A delightful/fun/cozy house located on the water in Clearlake Keys with easy access to the lake and wineries. I am a superhost and will do everything to ensure you will have a great stay! The house is located in one of the best spots in the Keys, very close to the lake where the quality of the water is the best. Choose to be at the best spot since the houses farther away from the lake might not be ideal for water activities. Book with a SUPERHOST, don’t take the risk with inexperienced hosts!

This peaceful cottage sits on an oak dotted hill overlooking the lake and offers sweeping panoramic views from almost every room in the house. It would make a great homebase for adventures fishing, boating, hiking, winetasting, etc. Travel less than one minute by car (5 on foot), & you'll find a park, a public beach, & a free boat launch. Or, you can stay home & cook a meal in its deluxe kitchen. King size beds in both bedrooms. Restaurants, coffee, & shopping within easy walking distance.

Winter time...you can bask in the glow of your fireplace or sit out and gaze at the stars in front of your outdoor fire pit! Spring/summer enjoy colorful gardens and meals picked out of your own backyard....you may cook, or allow me to prep a meal and serve you at your own bistro table. Quiet and peaceful...feels very far away but Kville is just a mile up the road with with numerous wine tasting rooms, restaurants, brewery, shops and LOTS of live music, birding, hiking, fishing, gambling.

Well House

This comfortable cottage is an awesome place to have some quiet, privacy and fun together. It is surrounded by a privacy fence, from my home. The bedroom area is new, and connected by a porch to an older bathroom and kitchen. You can recline in the double recliner leather love-seat and watch a movie on the flat screen television and walk to the stores and restaurants. Three miles from Harbin Hot Springs, and a 20' drive to Calistoga. All races, folks, and LGBT friendly.

Cottage on lakeside property.

This is a cozy guestroom attached to the garage on our stunning half-acre lakefront, tree-studded property. The bedroom (double bed) and bath are quite small (not room for much luggage), but perfect for a few nights stay. We have two chairs and a little table set up right outside, and there are other relaxing spots. Check-in time is normally 3:00, but can be earlier with prior approval. We also rent out our house on occasion. They are 2 separate places non attached.

Relax with the whole family or friends at this peaceful private unique place to stay. Have fun or just enjoy quiet time. Swim or hang by the pool or hot tub. BBQ or cook in the kitchen and eat while you look at the lake view! There are smart phone jacks in each room, plenty of parking, a private fenced in yard and screen room. This property has all the added modern comforts of a forced air heating and cooling system, washer/dryer and safe play area for the kids!!

Studio Cottage on Saffron Farm

Our open plan cottage studio has lovely views of our walnut orchard, historic barn and fields. Enjoy sunset over the neighboring vineyards from your private deck. We are a mile down the road from a lovely State park, that is if you ever want to leave our tranquil little farm.
