Bedroom 1 has an attached bath with tiled walk in shower. For folks bringing pets, if you leave the house, take your pets with you. Town of Lake City permit # TLCR05.

The Gowdy Suite 1 is located on the ground level with private entrance and screened porch. The bedroom consists of a king size bed and 32 inch TV, the kitchen has all standard necessities and then some, the living area has a couch a chair recliner and a 42 inch TV. The bathroom has a shower and blow dryer and extra towels. OHVs are only allowed to travel on Hwy 149 from June 13th until September 30th
