Modern and newer construction (completed in May 2020) second floor guest house for rent. Two bedrooms and two baths, approximately 1125 square feet. Bedroom 1 has an attached bath with tiled walk in shower. For folks bringing pets, if you leave the house, take your pets with you. Town of Lake City permit # TLCR05.

Hosted by Legacy Lodge, Legacy Cabins are located right off of the Alpine Loop and just 5 minutes from Lake City. Bring friends, family and your off-road rigs to use the cabins as a basecamp or take advantage of the relaxing environment around the cabins. There is no wifi at the cabins. If you are in need of wifi, the lodge on the property has guest wifi that can be accessed. Message us for wifi arrangements.

The Gowdy Suite 1 is located on the ground level with private entrance and screened porch. The bedroom consists of a king size bed and 32 inch TV, the kitchen has all standard necessities and then some, the living area has a couch a chair recliner and a 42 inch TV. The bathroom has a shower and blow dryer and extra towels. OHVs are only allowed to travel on Hwy 149 from June 13th until September 30th
