C’est l’endroit parfait pour se reposer, se ressourcer et profiter des activités de la région. Des œuvres d’art uniques, réalisées par des artistes locaux, sont exposées dans le gîte. Vous pouvez les admirer, les découvrir et les acquérir pour prolonger l’expérience artistique à la maison. Nous croyons que le bien-être passe par la nature, la beauté et la simplicité.

Listen to the sounds of the river from the private rear deck. *This is the 1st floor unit of a 2 story building so you may hear footsteps or occassional noise. Lakeshore VT has 3 separate suites each is a 1000sq. ft. with one bedroom. The one listed here is suite 3. House comes private beach (for all) with the use of a dock. Suite 3 has a king size bed and a sleeper sofa. Full kitchen. Walking distance to Bayside Park which has public tennis courts, volleyball nets, outside skateboard park, and a playground for children. The park also connects to miles of bike paths which can take a rider all the way to the Champlain Islands with a ferry ride.

You are literally less than 10 mins from the slopes & downtown restaurants/shops. The condo and Notchbrook property are NON-smoking.

In the Fall you are surrounded by stunning foliage, and in the Summer you are walking distance to swimming holes and the Stowe rec path.
