This is a private entrance two-bed, two ensuite bath cottage with walk-in showers and Kohler soaking tub at 1800 SF.

Come play on the lake or just relax and enjoy the view with a beautiful sunset in this spacious Lake Hamilton home. The house is conveniently located to everything Hot Springs has to offer. Shopping, dining, Oaklawn Racing, and historic downtown are all less than 10 minutes away. This three-bedroom home is fully furnished and has all the amenities. We don’t charge if you bring your pet, but we ask that you only bring up to two pets. Please note that parties/large gatherings are not allowed.

Game Room access is provided with the rental & is only for the use of guests of this property & The Hideaway. Game room is within a 60 sec. walk away & is furnished with a pool table, shuffleboard, ping-pong table, dart board, poker/gaming table & 50" smart TV w/high-speed WIFI. Shared boat dock with Lookout Point. Lots of gaming fun for the whole family!

SMITH LAKEFRONT CABIN PETS WELCOME(small fee)

Lakefront Cabin is ONLY 30ft. from the seawall, has a pedal boat to use if desired, EV Charger, level 2 available, bring life jackets (lake lowered 5 ft. winter, can’t use pedal boat or fish). Cabin has 2 bedrooms with kings, 2 baths (one tub/shower and other walk in shower), washer, dryer, fully equipped kitchen, 2 electric fireplaces, firepit outside, picnic table, patio table, charcoal grill and a swing close to seawall. Have many return guests that call cabin "A LITTLE PARADISE”.

Inside is spacious an updated with 55' Smart TV and electric fireplace plus all the amenities you need for a perfect vacation.

This family retreat was built in 1949 as a resting place, a place to recharge, to gather in the comfort of yourself, family and friends. 5 generations have protected this purpose, and it is unwavering. It is a sacred place to all who know the roost these past 75 years. We share it with you so that you may also benefit from her healing walls.
