It can sleep 3 people, although the space would be a little tight for 3 adults. There is a king sized bed, and a sleeper sofa which can be used together as a full sized, or option to separate into 2 twins. Studio SoCo, St Edwards, COTA, Austin 78704

Studio SoCo is a one room studio with full shower bath and kitchenette. The two twin beds can be separate or pushed together by request. In the kitchenette there is a sink, microwave and medium sized fridge. The 45" Smart Tv has cable and internet access. Just a note before your stay, we recently acquired new neighbors. You may encounter, on any given weekend night, the sounds of college age festivities. Most nights are quite but there can be some unexpected noise from time to time.

Lake Travis Suite with a View #1

Your 2 room suite accommodates up to 3 guests and has a lg. bedroom with a queen bed and desk & a 2nd room with a twin bed, couch w/2 recliners to watch tv. You'll have a full bathroom with 2 sinks, bathtub, shower & toilet ("Jack & Jill" style). Huge 2nd floor deck is shared but has 4 sitting areas. You will have a private entrance, keypad entry & plenty of free parking. Children not permitted. Owners live below. READ HOUSE RULES BEFORE BOOKING TO UNDERSTAND WHAT IS/IS NOT PERMITTED.

Tree house Bungalow

1948 remodeled home, modern, newly built upstairs guest studio located in the heart of Austin, Texas. This particular bungalow was built in 2015, has hardwood floors, central heat and air, air jet bath tub and tempurpedic mattress. One of the most beautiful details of the treehouse is our reclaimed wood. My husband was born and raised in Austin and has taken part in recyclying wood from old Austin homes and milling trees that have fallen only to repurpose the wood for our treehouse.

East Austin Poolside Retreat

Your own poolside retreat. Pool is right outside your door. Located in the heart of east Austin, walking distance to Sour Duck, Paperboy, Quickie Pickie, and Franklin's to name a few local restaurants. Less than a mile from UT and Downtown. Suite is on the ground floor of an accessory dwelling unit located off the alley, main house is owner occupied in the front. Suite is set up like a hotel room, with mini bar, small desk, seating area, closet and private bath. Approx. 230sf.

You get exclusive use of master suite wing with a separate entrance from the backyard. It is not shared. It is sound insulated so normal TV volume can not be heard from the main house, well furnished, and has its own AC/heating. It is close to the Domain, and north Austin high tech employers. A perfect work from home setup! Please Note: The bathroom is separated by curtains in lieu of the pocket door that is currently out of service.
