The big garden is shared with 3 other little houses, as is the swimming pool. The house consists of one big room, with a double bed, single bed, lounge area & chimney. The kitchenette is in a separate house, as is the bathroom (not shared with other guests). The property is a 5-min walk from Café Cosmico by the road, from where tuctucs go to the center of Santiago

*A pocos metros de un muelle flotante sobre el lago, frente al imponente volcán, donde podrás nadar al aire libre, o simplemente concederte un instante para contemplar sin nostalgia un extremo del bello lago de Atitlan. *ideal para poder alojarte si deseas escalar el volcán atitlan o toliman *senderismo la playa y el muelle flotantes los podras encontrar caminando 5 minutos por la carretera. el alojamiento no cuenta con playa ni muelle privado. si caminas un poco los prodras disfrutar.
