Sunny Days is a beautiful and spacious 600 sq. ft. studio apartment with a private entrance and patio. You'll love the bright and airy space, complete with 10-foot ceilings! In the evenings, relax with a glass of wine in the cozy private patio, grilling dinner on the BBQ, and hanging around the gas fire pit. We are centrally located to Newport Beach, John Wayne Airport, and Disneyland. Only a short walk to TeWinkle Park and the OC Fairgrounds. Easy free street parking in a lovely neighborhood.

Sunny and spacious home on the water with linens, AC, EV Charger, dock and roof patio. Home has modern appliances, bbq, fire pit, washer and dryer, as well as cookware, and dinnerware. Each bedroom includes private bath with shower and 2 have tubs. Master BR has private patio with great views. "Elderly friendly" with easy access. This cottage is located in the heart of Dana Point, a beautiful and uncongested beach community! A 5 minute walk finds you at the nearby town center and new downtown area where you can find restaurants, nightclubs and shopping. Down the street is Dana Point Harbor/marina and the famous Doheny Beach surfing and park or get-away to Catalina Island or whale watching! The Cottage is a great pet friendly with enclosed front and rear yards, a great alternative to the over priced resorts.

Just 3 minutes from the 5 freeway sits this attached but private studio. Once through your private entrance you will feel at home. Comfortable queen bed, fireplace and fully stocked kitchenette with mini fridge/ freezer if you feel like cooking. There is also a 2 person table/ desk in front of the warm electric fireplace. The ceiling fan keep things cool. Full bathroom with shower and bathtub. Salt Creek beach,Dana Point Harbor and Trestles are just 15-20 minutes away. Great Location!

Garden Cottage at the Green is a perfect place designed especially for the enjoyment of its unique, award-winning gardens, proximity to the beach and fresh coastal breezes. This exclusive retreat offers complete seclusion and privacy while still offering intimate and warm hospitality. Dogs are allowed at an additional cost of $30/day /per pet which be paid on site. We don't accept cats. We can provide other services such as laundry for an additional cost.

This unit was completely gutted and redone, so any reviews prior to May 2022 were about the older unit prior to the major remodel. Its yard is separated from our yard by a 4-ft. fence, and feels very private. We have two dogs on our property, but they don’t have access to the guest space. :)
