Villa con accesso diretto sul lago d'Orta. La villa è immersa in un giardino nel quale è possibile passare una giornata rilassante sulle rive del più romantico dei laghi italiani. Lago balneabile e dalle acque particolarmente limpide. La temperatura dell'acqua è particolarmente mite ed è possibile nuotare da fine maggio sino ad inizio Ottobre. E' ideale anche come punto di appoggio per chi volesse visitare le numerose località turistiche della zona: Orta San Giulio, il Lago Maggiore con Stresa e le isole Borromee, il lago di Mergozzo, la Valle dell' Ossola, la Valle Strona, la Valsesia e molte altre. Casa Emilietta Cottage with private garden

Charming and rustic building surrounded by nature, in the picturesque village of Montorfano. A path begins near the romanic church and you have to walk 200 meters uphill. Furnished in a simple and yet functional way including an induction cooker and a microwave oven, a Wi-Fi connection and a pellet stove for heating. There is a beautiful canopy between the house and the bathroom. The house is close to Lake Maggiore and to the lake of Mergozzo, which can be easily reached with a 20 minute walk.

Picturesque, Historic Villa with Island Views

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

The oldest residential house on the Island of San Giulio, situated in the middle of Lake Orta, distanced 400m from the mainland, accessible only via boat. The villa belongs to our family since 1637, completely refurbished whilst maintaining it's antique medieval charm, we hope you experience an unforgettable holiday in one of the most beautiful and romantic Italian lake locations. Enjoy swimming the clean waters, using our SUP, kayak & water sports equipment. A 40HP boat is available for rent.

A 10-minute drive from Sacro Monte (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) and 40 minutes from Lago di Como, ideal destinations for walks, swims and bike rides. Well connected to the historic center of Varese: bus stop at 200mt. We have two dogs and a wolf: if you are afraid, please note that they run free around so it's impossible not to meet them.

The town of Montescheno offers the charm of the mountains (700 meters), an enviable sunny position and at the same time the proximity to the city of Domodossola (12km) and the alpine lakes. Villa Alba presents itself with spacious and bright rooms, a panoramic view of the mountains and at the same time the relaxation of a Finnish sauna and jacuzzi. The outdoor spaces are very pleasant and usable: veranda with sofa and armchairs, balcony, garden, pergola with table and benches.

Old rustico with stunning view & garden

Escape to a charming stone house in the idyllic, historic village of Corippo, where time seems to have stood still. Enjoy breathtaking views, a private terrace, and a lush garden. The emerald-green Verzasca River and scenic swimming spots are a short walk away, and the house is a perfect base for hiking and mountain tours. Each morning, the mobile baker brings fresh bread to the main piazza, and in the evening, you can enjoy local cuisine at the village’s own restaurant.

You arrive by boat. No road, no car, no traffic — just a red cottage on the water in a village that time forgot, and the boat is yours for the whole stay (no licence needed). Two bedrooms, a fireplace, a covered terrace over the lake, and a garden of old trees with a wood-fired pizza oven and BBQ. Kayak and paddleboard included. A full briefing on arrival, and we're a message away for anything. This isn't a resort. It's the lake, your own boat, and your own pace.

La Biloba

This detached villa offers unrivalled views of the lake and the mountains, providing breathtaking scenery every day. Situated in a peaceful, green area, bathed in sunshine and surrounded by nature, it is an oasis of tranquillity just a short walk from local amenities. The village’s historic centre, with all its attractions and conveniences, is just a 5-minute walk away. Access by car is easy, ensuring convenience and privacy in a unique and privileged setting.

The house consists of three floors. On the lower floor there are two bedrooms, two beds in each, and one bathroom with a shower. On the middle floor there is one large bedroom with two beds. (It is possible to put an extra bed). On the top floor there is a small bedroom with one bed and and separate bathroom. Also on the middle floor there is a kitchen equipped with all necessary for cooking.
