Historical Medieval House,located in the Heart of Sermoneta,in one of the most famous street near the Caetani's Castle. The loft is on the last floor.It is equipped with a kitchenette,queen Size Bed and a well furnished bathroom with shower.At disposal of our guest a terrace with a beautiful view.Sermoneta is very close to Ninfa's Garden,Sabaudia beach,Sperlonga and Terracina.If you want to make a daily trip to Rome,Naples,Florence, the train station is just 10 minutes driving from the house.

The house and pool (available June to September) are both for the exclusive use of the guests. There are no shared spaces or amenities. The house is situated in the small hamlet of Moretto, two miles below Piglio – famous for its Cesanese wine. It is set in a mountain-side olive grove, near the foot of Mount Scalambra, with beautiful sweeping views. Guests are looked after by our lovely neighbours, Ivana and Luigi. They only speak Italian, so if you need help, text me and I'll help translate!

La mia è un' antica casa in sassi di due piani situata in campagna a 10 minuti dal centro. Interamente ristrutturata rispettando la tradizione ma dotata di tutti i confort. Perfetta per coppie, ma comoda e accogliente anche per famiglie più numerose. Si compone di una cucina con salone con divano letto e bagno al piano terra e di una camera matrimoniale con un bagno al piano superiore. Ampi e confortevoli spazi esterni per chi desidera rilassarsi circondato dalla natura.
