Take stunning walks from the doorstep, walk to the local pub or visit many NT properties and Cotswold towns.

Heavenly Box Hill Barn

Located on a large farm, relax at this beautifully converted barn whilst enjoying the magnificent sweeping views across the countryside. This is a truly special place to get away from it all. Perfect for friends getaways and families, this spacious barn has two generous seating areas that lead out onto an outdoor seating area. Enjoy a barbecue for dinner followed by some stargazing around the fire pit. In winter, underfloor heating and log burner will keep you cosy. The views are all year round!

Clubhouse Cottage near centre of historic Lacock.

Clubhouse Cottage provides outstanding, modern, self-contained accommodation in the historic National Trust village of Lacock. With open plan living/kitchen/dining room, one double and one twin bedroom, both with en-suite facilities, Clubhouse Cottage is ideal for couples or a family. Tucked away in a quiet, accessible location. On site parking for 2 cars, it's a 2 minute walk to the centre of the historic National Trust village, home to Lacock Abbey and the Fox Talbot museum of photography.

Jeannie's Cottage

Nestled between historic Lacock and Georgian Bath, Jeannie's Cottage is located on Church Walk close to Melksham's town centre. This pretty street is one of Melksham's hidden gems, regularly winning prizes in ‘Melksham in Bloom’ contests. It is steeped in history and part of the town's conservation area. Dating from the late 18th Century, Jeannie's Cottage is Grade II listed and affords two storeys, two bedroom accommodation and has the benefit of an enclosed rear walled courtyard garden.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

A stylish self-contained annex, next to our house, on a quiet lane in Gastard, a rural hamlet 2 miles from Corsham. The Garden Annex has a double bedroom, spacious sitting room/diner, bathroom with walk-in shower, small well equipped kitchen and a private outdoor terrace. There is off-road parking in a lay-by next to the annex. Ideally situated for exploring Bath, The Cotswolds and lovely local villages Lacock and Castle Combe. Private, luxurious and cosy shepherd hut

"Hares Rest" shepherd hut is situated in a private location within a paddock with amazing rural views. Hares, red kites, barn swallows and deer are just some of the wild life you can see. Good pubs within various walking distance (3, 30 and 45 mins). Bowood House, adventure park, golf course and spa is 5 mins drive away. The train station is a 10 minute drive with easy access to Bath. We have horses so only very well behaved dogs are allowed by prior agreement and additional charge.

The Flat at Axfords Patch offers modern and self contained accommodation. It is 13 minutes walk to the National Trust village of Lacock. The property is next door to the well known Whitehall Garden Centre, famous for its Christmas displays. There are two cafes available at Whitehall and there are a further 3 pubs with dining in Lacock. Plenty to explore nearby whether on foot with one of the many local walking routes or by car (e.g. Bath, Longleat, Castle Combe).
