První ložnice se nachází v přízemí kde je prostorné dvojlůžko. Zde se též nachází obývací prostor a jídelna. Ubytování v zahradním domě je klidné místo uprostřed obce Bratronice. Domek je umístěn v ovocném sadu. Blízko domku jsou husté lesy, skály, řeka Berounka a hrad. Místo je ideální pro výlety do přírody. Pozemek je oplocený, takže pejsci nemají kam utéct. Parkování je na druhé straně zahrady než stojí zahradní domek. V obci jsou dvě hospody, kde se vaří jen Po-Pá 11:00-14:00. Dále je zde obchod se základními potravinami 7:00-18:00. Dum je vytápěn podlahovým topením.
