Theta Guesthouse

Το Theta είναι ένας πέτρινος ξενώνας 60 τ.μ., λίγα μέτρα από την πλατεία της Στεμνίτσας. Χτισμένο το 1867, είναι το «κατώι» (ισόγειο) μιας παραδοσιακής χωριάτικης κατοικίας. Ένα ευρύχωρο σπίτι με θόλο, που ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2022 και φιλοξενεί έως 4 άτομα. Έχει 1 WC και ξεχωριστό χώρο με ντουζιέρα-υδρομασάζ. Διαθέτει Wi-Fi και Smart TV με λογαριασμό Netflix, Amazon Prime. Το ξύλινο μπαλκόνι προσφέρει ωραία θέα στο χωριό και η αυλή στην καταπράσινη πλαγιά του βουνού. Parking κοντά στο σπίτι.

Την ομορφιά του τοπίου με θέα την θάλασσα την αντικρίζεις καθώς ανοίγεις την πόρτα και τα παράθυρα του σπιτιού βλέποντας το υπέροχο γαλάζιο. Ο ξεχωριστός μεγάλος κήπος του, το φυσικό τοπίο με τις υπέροχες ξερολιθιές όπου πάνω σε αυτές υπάρχουν αμυγδαλιές, ο υπόκωφος ήχος της θάλασσας που σε συντροφεύει μέσα στη διάρκεια της ημέρας η ηρεμία καθώς η ησυχία και η άνεση του σπιτιού και τα υπέροχα μοντέρνα χρώματά του εσωτερικά και εξωτερικά σας γαληνεύουν για τις όμορφες καλοκαιρινές σας διακοπές!!!

CasAelia will provide you a unique experience in Zakynthos. The house is located next to a Mediterranean olive grove. You’ll be charmed from the sea-view that this house (Casa). From the front terrace, you will enjoy both the sunrise and sunset. Also, one can see a big part of the island, Cephalonia island and to the right the Peloponnese. This property provides 2 modern bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, a large living area, a kitchen and a garden with a private heated pool (extra cost).Depth 1.40 m.

Our beautiful cottage is located in the main road from Argostóli to Poros, and only 20 minutes from Argostoli, the islands capital. Some of the highlights include the lovely/large patio and garden, private parking space, wood/brick oven, barbecue, treehouse, hammock and incredible view for your ultimate relaxation. The nearest beach is Lourdas beach (6-7 minutes by car). Everyone is welcome to stay at our home and we look forward to hearing from you! :) P.S. There are cats in the garden 🐈
