The Barrack is part of a 130-year-old family estate, just off the Mall Road, Mussoorie. It is a standalone structure, flanked by massive, millennia-old, Himalayan rock features that give this home its uniqueness. Lal Kothi is chef Sameer Sewak & his family's home in countryside Dehradun. It is surrounded table top views of Mussoorie hills, Tons river, Sal forests. Guests get the 2nd floor with a private access. The space includes 2 bedrooms, a kitchen/lounge, 2 terraces & balconies. Included in your stay is a complimentary breakfast. Guests get to order vegetarian & non-vegetarian delicacies for lunch & dinner from the dehradun famous Awadhi cuisine menu designed by Chef Sameer & his mother Swapna.

The Retreat is a private bungalow surrounded by gardens and located in a peaceful part of Mussoorie, away from the town’s din and bustle. A spacious bungalow with 2 large rooms with attached bathrooms, a sitting area attached with a dining room, kitchen and a magical sunroom with the views of the Doon valley. There is a caretaker present at all times and a chef on call to cook you fresh meals. The caretaker can help bring supplies when needed and brief you on how to get around.

One Oak is a tastefully created slice of heaven nestled in Barlowganj. It is a 2-storey space – the lower and ground floor comes with a plush bedroom, ensuite bathroom.
