Our modern, well-equipped home sits right by the sea with breathtaking mountain views, surrounded by pristine Arctic nature. Spot reindeer, otters, moose, or even whales, and watch the Northern Lights from the porch. Steps away, enjoy a panoramic sauna by the water. A traditional BBQ hut is available as an optional rental. This is our beloved home, and many guests tell us they fall in love with it too. Few places blend comfort and wilderness like this. We never tire of it—and hope you will, too.

Fantastisk utsikt og ett rolig området der man kan nyte idylliske fjell og naturomgivelser. Nordlys sesongen er fra September til April. Er det klarvær vil det danse på himmelen direkte fra stuevinduet. Mange unike turmål til fots og ved båt som verten kan informere om ved behov og har kart tilgjengelig i huset.

Dåfjord Lodge & Ocean sauna

Beautiful and rustic house by the sea in the countryside 1 hrs drive from the city of Tromsø. The area is great for hiking, skiing, fishing and watcing the midnight sun in the summer and aurora borealis during winter. For a fee, our guests can also book the ocean sauna hot tub facilities , with a woodfired hot-tub and sauna placed on a big outdoor deck with a fireplace and a cosy indoor chill-zone. Guests can use our 12ft rowing boat and some fishing gear for free during the summerseason.

You will have bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen room only for you while during staying time😄 The area is perfect for Northern Light, ski and ice fishing in winter. You can just wait in livingroom for the Aurora 💚😊 In summer you can enjoy fishing and walking on the beach here. House location is next to main road E8, easy to travel to another city, easy access and a bus stop also right in front here. 😊

Gode senger, velutstyrt kjøkken, romslig stue, vaskerom, tv og panorama utsikt over fjorden. Det er ca.500 meter til det lokale spisested/pub og matbutikk. Midnattsol og nordlys kan nytes fra stuen og terrassen. Fjordgård er omringet av vill og vakker natur, og er hjemmet til det kjente fjellet Segla. The apartment is spacious and has an amazing view. You have a 180 degrees view over Tromsø. You can see mountains, the fjord, the Arcic cathedral and the mainland.The Nortern lights can easily be seen from the balconies if it is out dancing for us. The apartment is within town center with its many attractions, restaurants, cafes, museums and shops. Close to paths for walking, skiing and cycling right here on the island.
