The villa is 100% private which is situated in a calm and serene neighborhood surrounded by a lovely gardens, the villa is warm and welcoming with living room, kitchen, bathroom, private pool,spacious garden and patios. our villa is independent with its own fences with 24/7 security. 2 to 5 minutes to the main road and five to fifteen minutes to the beach Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Spacious Studio Suite in Private Home

Our studio suite (the entire lower floor of our home) is only a one-minute walk to beautiful Paje Beach! It consists of a very spacious air-conditioned room with comfortable beds for up to 4 people, a dining area/workspace, and a large private bathroom with hot water. There is also a well-equipped kitchenette space with a gas ring, microwave, fridge - everything needed to prepare a simple meal. The private patio has a table and chairs overlooking our pool and large enclosed tropical garden.

Frangipane is a 2 storey cosy cabin, smaller bed and shower room downstairs and a lovely top floor with a double bed and mosquito needed open windows.
