South Coast House is a traditional Japanese style home located on the very south coast of the island. It is very private, surrounded by nature with great sea and mountain views. Two natural outdoor hot spring Onsens - Harauchi and Yudomari are just a few minutes drive away. There is also some hiking, swimming and snorkelling spots close by. Hirauchi Hot Spot 2 bedroom Japanese style house

Hirauchi Hot Spot is a traditional Japanese style house located in the south of the island. It is easy to find on the main road next to a bus stop. It has great sea and mountain views and is surrounded by nature. Two famous open air onsens - Hirauchi and Yudomari are just a few minutes walk away. We have another beautiful self contained house nearby which caters for up to 6 people. Have a look “South Coast House “ 屋久島の南部にある人気の観光スポット「平内海中温泉」が近い日本家屋です。湯泊温泉と共に徒歩圏内です。人気の登山コースからは遠いのでレンタカーをお勧めします。

Fisherman's living experience inn: Fuku no Ki

Yakushima is famous for mountains, but the sea, fish are also attractive. This inn is a bit inconvenient, but we treat you like family. And you can eat delicious fresh fish. The building is a converted fisherman's barn. We will cook fish together, heat Goemon bath with firewood, and provide you with a stay as if you were living with us. One cooking experience is included during your stay. On other days, you will stay without meals. Optional fishing boat tour (extra charge) is also available.

Miyanoura Port Convenience: Riverside Entire home

We chose our accommodation's location carefully to make it as convenient as possible. Yakushima is quite remote and doesn't have many transportation options. Yakushima is relatively large, covering about 100 kilometers. There are restaurants and supermarkets scattered around, but it can be challenging to find rental cars or taxis. →You can walk to popular restaurants in just 3 minutes, so you can have a great meal and easily return. Additionally, a supermarket is only a 7-minute walk away.

Ocean view guest house Yakushima - Cottage

This location is very quiet & secret place for vacation home. There is a small Tatami room like a tea celemony room that you can use as yoga, meditation etc. for your private time. However, no kitchen facility. We provide an electric pot,cups,small dishies, refrigerater, microwave and oven grills toaster, so you can bring some food etc. There is sea and forest view from the guest cottage. Cottage is made in Japanese style with aromatic local cedar wood , open beams, and Shoji screens.

It sits on six acres of wild forest and garden, and is a sublime base to explore Yakushima. We are walking distance to a supermarket, restaurants, cafes, and bakeries, a ten minute drive to world-famous Hirauchi Kaichu onsen, and a twenty minute walk to Onoiada Onsen. This guesthouse was renovated from a villa into a modern one and opened in 2022. We have everything I, the owner, feel you need, so you can have a comfortable stay. It is close to popular hot springs such as the famous Onoaida Onsen and Kaichu Onsen, and Senhiro Falls and Toroki Falls are within 10 minutes. In addition, it is about 5 minutes by car to one of the few large supermarkets on Yakushima, so it is very convenient for shopping.
