Welcome to our brand new villa X, which is located on a top of quiet hill that is overlooking nearby town of Split, sea and islands. Villa consist of 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with 2 single beds, 4 bathrooms and amazingly big kitchen where you can prepare any meal of your dreams :) We our mostly proud on our terrace with heated pool that is overlooking sea, islands, nearby towns and villages and biggest town in Dalmatia - Split. Villa Callista is a newly bulit in 2023. The Villa is suitable for a maximum of seven people (6+1 sofa bed). The Villa has two floors with three bedrooms and three bathrooms as well as a wc on the ground floor. The Villa is set behind a panoramic view of the sea. It has plenty of parking spaces. From the parking space, the house can be easily accessed for all types of guests. Villa Callista is fully furnished with personalized A/C and heating throughout the entire house

Villa „Unique” is a luxury residence built in 2019. It is located in Kučine, the most beautiful suburb of Split, about 9 km from the ancient city of Split. Kučine are famous for their unique Mediterranean surrounding which is reflected in the Villa through the combination of our local and traditional style with elements of contemporary elegance and luxury. According to the oral tradition, Kučine are also known for being the birth place of the Roman Emperor Diocletian.
