Welcome to our house in the woods! 12 acres surrounded by trees and above a series of waterfalls along the Stony Kill, which runs all the way from Minnewaska State Park through our property and into downtown Accord. You can sit in a hammock outside, soak in our hot tub while listening to the river, or chill out inside with some tunes or the TV projector. Budding entomologists will enjoy the endless procession of bugs, ants, spiders, ticks, and other creepy-crawlies that is part of River House.

Located in Upstate New York on the edge of our Botanical Garden in the Lower Hudson Valley the "Barnette" is for nature lovers. This newly built repurposed barn is perfect for relaxing, exploring nature, and getting away from it all. Nearby are lots of hiking, rail trails, and farms. We are within driving distance of the Mohonk Mountain House, Minnewaska, Catskill Mountains, and a 2 hour drive from Manhattan. For winter enthusiasts there’s places to snowshoe, ski, and hike 20-60 minutes away.

Modern Catskills Cabin with Hot Tub in Accord

Wake to forest views in a modern A-frame with 2 bedrooms, including a cozy loft. Hike nearby trails, soak in the cedar hot tub, or visit local breweries. In summer, barbecue or gather at the fire pit; in winter, warm up by the wood stove on the 2-acre Catskills property. There are three large bedrooms with queen beds (all brand new top-of-the-line memory foam) and a media room with a door that has a queen pull out couch. Additionally, there are two twin XL rollaway beds (also memory foam) for your use. All in all, the house comfortably sleeps 8.

Little Minka. A serene Japanese folk house nestled on 10 acres of private woodland and streams. Embracing the Wabi-Sabi, Little Minka is unique, handcrafted using Japanese traditional carpentry joinery methods. Soaring ceilings, shoji, and tatami complete the interior.
