Csend, nyugalom, madárcsicsergés, balatoni panoráma. Mindentől messze és mégis közel a Balaton. A régi vincellérház a balatonszepezdi dombok lábánál található. 2019-ben lett teljes körűen felújítva, jól felszerelt konyha, panorámás terasz, nappali, étkező, fürdő, WC, és tetőtéri háló várja a nálunk pihenni vágyókat. The promenade can be reached with a 2-minute walk and the beach in 8 minutes. The studio apartment is suitable for 4 people (2 for longer rental), with a double bed, sofa (bed), fully equipped kitchen w/dishwasher, wardrobe, tv, AC, WiFi, washing machine and a large balcony w/mosquito net and motorized blinds.

It is located on the bank of a small creek and the location is very calm and intimate. The excursion possibilities, beaches, and cool locations are numerous and really good. Have fun with the whole family at our homey and comfortable, recently renovated place. It is designed and equipped to make your stay the least burdensome and to have a cozy feel like home experience. Please note that the fireplace is only for decoration there is central heating in the house. The pool is in operation only between June to end of September. All the rooms have air conditioning!
