Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

Ap. Toš is situated on the high first floor of a renovated traditional house, located in the heart of a coastal village and is furnished in moderen style. Ap.consists of living room with kitchen, bedroom, sleeping gallery and bathroom and is suitable for families, 2-6 people. Guests have access to a wonderful private garden, situated just 40 m from the house (accessible by stairs). Local beach is accessible just a few steps from the garden. We also have a parking- lot reserved, with E charger

Apartment Iva - where you feel at home

Our house is situated in the very centre of Malinska, hidden from the street, which gives you the privacy. You can park your car free of charge in the frontyard. A big terrace has the sea view. The apartment is only 2 or 3 minutes walk away from the beaches, shops, supermarket and restaurants. If you want to try yourself as a grill master, you have a grill in the backyard, with benches so you can eat outside. If you come with your bycicles, you can store them in our ground floor storage.

Vila se nahaja na osami in je od vasi oddaljena cca 200 metrov Sestavljena je iz avtohtone kamnite hiše iz začetka 19. stoletja, ter novega dela, v katerem dominirajo velike steklene površine, ki notranjost hiše spajajo z zunanjostjo. V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Na razpolaganje sta vam dva vrtova s sezonsko zelenjavo.

Ima besplatan parking za dva automobila. Smještaj je idealan za obitelj sa djecom. Relax in this cozy and nicely decorated accommodation. The studio is located in the center of the small town of Sveti Vid-Miholjice, just above Malinska. It is about 1 km away from the center of Malinska and the beach, a 15-minute walk. The place is very quiet and perfect for relaxation and rest. 100 m from the house there is a small shop with basic necessities and large shopping centers are about 500 m from the house. Parking is in the yard.
